This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry. As a key member of our agency, you will help deliver exceptional customer service, strengthen client relationships, and support clients with their insurance needs. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, coverage updates, and claims support Help identify customer needs and recommend coverage solutions when appropriate Support account servicing, renewals, and day-to-day agency operations Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up Assist with cross-selling opportunities and generating referrals to support agency growth

Qualifications Preferred:

Active Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance licenses Not currently licensed? We are willing to help motivated candidates obtain Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses after hire Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a professional office environment Prior insurance or customer service experience is preferred but not required Why Join Our Agency?
