Healthy Paws Animal Hospital is located west of Indianapolis and is seeking a part or full time client service representative. We currently have 3 DVMs and are looking for additional staff to be able to serve our growing number of clients and patients. We practice low stress handling and promote fear free vet visits. Our focus is to help both clients and pets have a positive, fear-free experience during all visits and interactions. We offer both medical and surgical appointments, integrative medicine, and house calls with our mobile unit. We have the need and ability to expand in all of these areas. The ideal candidate for any position in our hospital must have a positive attitude and be motivated to provide an excellent experience for both the client and patient. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and team members is a must. Candidates need to be able to problem solve, think on their feet, and multi-task in a fast paced environment. They must be organized, ethical, and personable. Candidates should have a strong customer service background, but veterinary experience is not required. We want someone who provides exceptional customer service and greets every client (in person or on the phone) with a smile on their face. We welcome individuals who are seeking a practice in which they can grow and develop their skills. Part time would be 2-3 days a week. Approximately 20-30 hours per week; occasional Saturday mornings (7:45-12:30). Experience with Evet veterinary software is a plus! Compensation will be based upon experience.
