The AT&T Client Support Associate is a customer-facing role focused on promoting AT&T Fiber, assisting with new customer acquisitions, and contributing to sales goals. The AT&T Client Support Associate will work on: Interacting with customers directly to promote AT&T Fiber services. Assisting in presenting AT&T Fiber packages and pricing options to prospects. Supporting the closing of new AT&T Fiber accounts through effective communication. Contributing to achieving individual and the AT&T Client Support Associate team sales goals. Assisting with territory outreach and lead generation efforts. Maintaining accurate sales records and follow-up documentation. Participating in sales strategy meetings and product training sessions. Upholding brand standards and ensuring a positive customer experience. The AT&T Client Support Associate needs to possess: No prior experience required, though sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus. Competitive attitude with a strong desire to hit performance goals. Willingness to learn consultative selling techniques. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based setting. Coachable with a growth-focused mindset. Comfortable with commission-based compensation.
Pay:
$48,985.27 - $58,993.01 per year
