What You'll Do On a Typical Day Track Expedite and Non-Expedite shipments according to nightly notes provided Order Entry; Imaging Paperwork Broker freight, when available Update Expedite Websites, McLeod, and any other formats necessary on each shipment Update Customers with tracking information, when requested Communicate with Account Managers/Carrier Sales Specialists via morning hand-off Learn to bid freight directly with customers Work on collecting paperwork from the unbilled report Other duties as assigned Be part of something big.
