Schedule:
Monday to Friday
  • 7:00 am to 4pm Day shift (unpaid lunch) Very little overtime, must be able to stay over if customers are still in line Overview Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative and become the vital link between our company and our valued clients!
In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional support and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will drive customer satisfaction and foster lasting relationships. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while making a meaningful impact on our clients' experience. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing questions, and issue resolution to ensure a seamless service experience Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new products and services Enter and update customer data accurately within our database using Microsoft Office tools and data entry techniques Support client services by handling cash transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for service improvements and report findings to management Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer support and satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation Experience with outbound calling, sales techniques, or client engagement strategies is desirable Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels exceptional service!
