Service Advisor / Writer

What You'll Do:

Ensuring a best-in-industry customer experience Intake service requests & build accurate work orders in Fullbay Schedule & dispatch technicians for max productivity Source and coordinate parts Keep customers updated — always faster than they call you Close jobs & invoice with accuracy to protect margins

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service & communication skills Automotive/diesel/fleet background OR proven customer service/management experience with the drive to learn Highly motivated, organized, and solution-focused If you find yourself blaming "bad customers" instead of solving problems, this is NOT for you. Our clients expect high standards, and so do we.
