• Fri 8:30am
• 5pm (Hybrid AFTER training) What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
• Assisting Customer Sales Representatives with day-to-day operations management, ensuring world-class customer service.
• Handling inbound calls, working with vendors to obtain information and documents, and performing data entry.
• Building valuable relationships with internal and external customers through proactive communication and problem-solving. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a team player attitude and can collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization.
• Possess strong multitasking skills and are eager to expand your knowledge of the transportation industry.
• Are comfortable working with new technology software and are competent in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
