Duties Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product information with enthusiasm Assist with product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Maintain clean and organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility Stock shelves and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with precision Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual abilities are highly desirable Knowledge of POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service Experience in grocery store or retail environments is advantageous Demonstrated ability to upsell products and conduct engaging product demos Excellent phone etiquette, merchandising skills, and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment!
