Urick Concessions, LLC Reports to: Stand Leaders, Managers on Duty (MOD), General Manager (GM)
Purpose of Job :
To help maintain a positive, efficient and enjoyable work environment. To assist the management team in executing aspects of stand operations ranging from cashiering, running, cleaning, sales, product production, customer service, etc.
Cashier Responsibilities:
Greet each customer with a smile and friendly hello Deliver the utmost customer service and exceed all expectations Understand the importance of speed of service and quality of service Respond to guests needs/requests quickly Always thank a customer for their business Be knowledgeable on our menu offerings Be aware of food allergy concerns and ingredient list Keep work areas clean Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitization practices Follow cash handling procedures as outlined by management team Knowledge of basic math skills to handle transactions quickly and accurately Always display positive attitude Always on time and ready to perform duties Always be willing to help the team Great personal image
Runner Responsibilities:
Works closely with cashiers to help fill orders Communicates with kitchen on food needs up front Keeps stock filled (cups, straws, boats, etc) Food quality Helps with dining room cleanliness Answer customers questions Deliver excellent customer service and exceed all expectations Understand menu items and can describe knowledgably Be aware of food allergy concerns and ingredient list Respond to guest needs and requests quickly Able to take direction Must be able to be cross-trained to cover register
Job Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age (21+ if selling alcohol) Able to walk/stand 8+ hours shifts Able to lift 22 pounds Able to frequently reach, life, bend and clean to maintain service area Cash handling experience (helpful) Able to take direction Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of basic math to give back correct change
