Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Experience Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and sales strategies. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
