As a Customer Service Intern, your mission is to assist the team to ensure a good quality of sales and service support. Our summer internship runs from June 8th through August 14th. In this role, you will report to the Customer Care Team Lead. You will provide customer support in all phases of the sales process - from quoation to the payment reminder complete order processing customer orders reception, check, and processing follow-up orders (deliveries, documentation to be sent to the customers, etc.) assisting with matieral returns handling customer complaints support sales managers/sales engineers perform other duties as assigned or needed To succeed, you will need We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
