Customer Service Pay:

About the Role This position is a great opportunity to build hands-on knowledge in the fireplace and chimney industry while becoming well-versed in our products, services, and day-to-day operations. We're looking for someone who is flexible, curious, and ready to jump in where needed. In addition to purchasing and coordination, while also assisting in the office and/or showroom—making this a perfect fit for someone who enjoys variety and staying engaged throughout the day. Job Responsibilities In this role, you'll be a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly from start to finish.Your day-to-day will include:
Scheduling jobs and coordinating service appointments Recording customer payments and issuing updated invoices Creating purchase orders and tracking ETAs across multiple vendors Communicating with vendors and office staff to ensure parts and orders stay on track Researching and sourcing hard-to-find or specialty parts Using tools like QuickBooks, Google Suite, and ServiceTitan to stay organized and efficient Answering phones, booking appointments, and delivering top-notch customer service Tracking expenses / inventory Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who brings a great attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.The ideal candidate will have:
An upbeat, positive, and professional attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Prior office and/or warehouse experience Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly A willingness to learn new products, procedures, and industry terminology A basic understanding of tools or construction (helpful, but not required) Sales experience is a plus—but not required What We Offer We take care of our team and value your time and effort: Paid holidays Paid vacation Paid training Uniforms provided Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Schedule 8-hour shift Monday•Friday:
