ADS partners with artists and photographers as well as several print-on-demand companies to print, manufacture, and ship unique, personalized wall art and photo prints on a variety of substrates including, glass, metal, wood, acrylic, plastic, and canvas. Warehouse & Handyman Associate Job Description:

The Warehouse & Handyman Associate position will be part of the Warehouse/Dock & Conversion Department and will report directly to the Production Manager. In this position, you will perform a variety of tasks that can range from changing light bulbs, filters, painting, hanging items, taking out trash, clearing snow on the walkways, putting down salt, and even mowing the grass and keeping the property/grounds clean. In addition, this position also helps in the warehouse as part of the dock & conversion team performing tasks such as cutting, chopping and sanding a variety of materials needed for production.

Responsibilities:

Collect and dispose of trash General maintenance such as changing light bulbs, air filters, hanging items etc. Lawncare, grounds keeping, clearing snow & salting walkways Identify, replace and/or repair minor items around the facilities Learn a variety of equipment to cut, chop and sand material for production Help move, stock and deliver inventory to different departments Notify supervisor or manager of issues and items that have to be outsourced (i.e., electrical work) Additional tasks that may pop-up throughout the workday.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Warehouse (shipping & receiving), janitorial & building maintenance experience Capable of working around employees, manufacturing processes, and tight spaces Capable of using hand and power tools Capable of using a forklift and scissor lift, strongly preferred but not required Capable of working independently Ability to manage time efficiently

Education and Training:

High School Diploma or equivalent At least, one-year in a building maintenance/janitorial/lawn & property care/warehouse/dock & conversion environment performing a variety of tasks.
