Conduct data entry accurately into customer management systems, maintaining detailed records of interactions. Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services. Manage client accounts efficiently, including cash handling and processing transactions when necessary. Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and improve service delivery strategies. Qualifications Multilingual skills are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages is preferred. Prior experience in customer support or call center environments is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation. Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively. Knowledge of sales techniques, client services, and call center operations is a plus. Excellent analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Bilingual capabilities are a significant asset for engaging diverse customer bases.
