Customer Service Representative Crossroads Seamless

- Winamac, Indiana Crossroads Seamless USA is a leading manufacturer of carbon and alloy seamless steel tubing products serving a wide variety of end markets. We are building a culture focused on accountability, urgency, teamwork, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can effectively support customers while coordinating closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Shipping, Engineering, and Finance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, urgency, and the ability to adapt in an environment where processes and systems continue to evolve as we grow and improve our business. Position Summary The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers and supports the full order lifecycle from quote entry through shipment and invoicing. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate information within Epicor, supporting customer communication, and helping ensure a positive customer experience. Successful candidates must be self-motivated, collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn the technical and operational aspects of our business. Essential Responsibilities Create and maintain customer accounts, quotes, sales orders, invoices, credits, shipping documents, and related customer records Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information within Epicor ERP Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, lead times, certifications, shipping, and general account support Coordinate closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Shipping, Sales, and Finance to communicate customer needs and production status Support customer portals and customer-specific documentation requirements Utilize established pricing models and guidelines to support timely and accurate quotations Assist with order tracking, expediting, and communication of delays or changes Build strong professional relationships with customers through responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through Support continuous improvement efforts related to customer communication, order flow, documentation, and standardization Maintain professionalism and composure in a demanding and rapidly changing environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 3 years of customer service or manufacturing administrative experience preferred Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, steel, metals, or technical environments is strongly preferred Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems experience Epicor experience is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and shifting priorities Ability to work collaboratively across departments Basic math skills including decimals, fractions, and unit conversions What Makes Someone Successful at Crossroads Successful team members at
