Customer Service/ Office Representative

Cool Heat KC is a rapidly growing Mechanical Contractor in the Kansas City Metro. We want to add the right Customer Service Rep to help with our day to day operation. Our Customer Service Rep main responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling our technician routes and inventory control. Experience with a scheduling software is a plus. We install split and mini-split, packaged systems and RTU's. Our brands are American Standard, JCI, Bosch and Mitsubishi. A background with terminology and/or experience in the HVAC industry would be a plus. We specialize in Mitsubishi Mini-Split systems. Our technicians have advanced training with ductless systems. We are an Elite Diamond Contractor with Mitsubishi Electric Heating and Air Conditioning.
