Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products or services. Duties to include knowing the correct assembly of products and entering customer orders in computer. Have knowledge of what type of jobs that other locations produce so that customer calls are transferred to the correct location to get the order processed. Quote correct pricing to the customer and resolve any customer questions/issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, billing questions, and concerns
• Utilize phone etiquette skills to provide top-notch customer service
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new products
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Upsell products or services to enhance customer experience
• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Proficiency in English
