15407 Title Customer Service Assignment Type Contract Hourly Pay Rate $20.00/hr Region Johnson County Customer service focused staff needed to assist with the
WORLD CUP
during select June and July dates! Seeking concierge staff to support visitor services during the World Cup at Oak Park Mall welcome center. Responsibilities include staffing the Welcome Center and mall interior locations, assisting guests with shuttle and event information, and providing exceptional customer service to visitors. Additional duties may include managing a hotel guest shopping delivery service by assisting customers with sealed tote check-in, securing purchases with numbered zip ties, issuing claim tags, and completing delivery documentation for hotel transport coordination. Staff will have access to reserved parking, private staff restrooms, and break areas at the Welcome Center. Flexible scheduling required based on match days, fan fest events, and shuttle service hours. Staff polos provided! Select June and July dates-week days and weekends required!
