We are a family-run business looking for a reliable individual. As an entry level Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will assist existing customers with their policies, process requests for insurance quotes from prospective customers, and market insurance products or services within the community. This position holds a base hourly pay plus bonus and commission opportunities. Benefits Base hourly pay with commissions Insurance License training provided Career development and growth Hands on training Professional work environment Responsibilities Assist customers with filing insurance claims Process customer policy change requests Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner Take premium payments from customers Answer incoming phone calls Return all phone messages promptly Generate insurance quotes Provide exceptional customer service Participate in community events Requirements Possess a Kansas Property & Casualty Insurance License or willing to obtain Highly self-motivated Outstanding ability to multi-task and follow-through Excellent communication skills both oral and written Previous office experience highly preferred but not required

Bilingual Preferred:
