Salary Range:
$36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Previous customer service, administrative, retail, banking, or insurance experience preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers and common office software Positive attitude and a desire to help others Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to existing and prospective clients Answer inbound calls, emails, and text messages professionally and promptly Assist clients with billing inquiries, claims questions, and coverage reviews Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatement's Follow up with customers regarding policy renewals and retention opportunities Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to licensed agency producers Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency systems Assist with claims reporting and provide exceptional support throughout the claims process Schedule appointments and support daily agency operations Meet service and retention goals established by the agency
