• Full-time We are looking for a responsible CSR to distribute products promptly to our customers in our store and in the patients place of residence.

You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints Collect payments Inform customers about new products and services Complete logs, insurance paperwork and reports Provide customer service in our retail store Answer phones and email as applicable Emergency after hours on-call rotation for respiratory patients Educate patients on proper use of medical equipment Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Skills Proven working experience as a Customer service representative Valid professional driver's license Pass a criminal back ground check and drug screening Excellent organizational and time management skills Good driving record High school diploma
