Job Overview Must be licensed in Kansas Property and Casualty with Allied Lines or be willing to acquire necessary licensing Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Agent and Customer Service Representative, where you'll play a vital role in connecting clients with the insurance solutions that best meet their needs. This energetic position combines outside sales efforts with exceptional customer service. You'll be at the forefront of helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most, all while developing your expertise and industry knowledge in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Build and nurture strong customer relationships through ongoing communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, policy details, and client interactions. Stay informed about insurance regulations, product updates, and industry trends to provide accurate advice and maintain compliance. Assist clients with benefits administration, claims processing, and policy adjustments while ensuring adherence to HIPAA and other privacy standards. Skills Deep understanding of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and sales administration tools for efficient workflow management. Analysis skills to evaluate client needs accurately and recommend suitable coverage options. Knowledge of insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA compliance for health-related policies. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships through proactive engagement and personalized support. $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
