About us The Lawrence Antique Mall is a small, family owned and operated business in Downtown Lawrence, KS. We have been established since 1991. We are comprised of over 60 independant vendors who each bring their own personality and nitch to our store. We strive to create a relaxed and fun work environment, and our goal is to provide a fun and unique shopping experience for our customers and to represent Lawrence well as one of the oldest businesses in the downtown area.

Overview:

We are looking for a customer service-friendly cashier with a pleasing personality to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. If you possess basic math skills, have strong communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love interacting with people, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Provide prompt and courteous service at the cash register
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers in finding merchandise and answering their inquiries
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness of the store and work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service
• Previous experience with a cash register
• Strong communication skills
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
