Manhattan, KS Job Responsibilities:
Provide personalized customer support to assigned dealer and sales partner accounts Serve as a primary point of contact for order processing, product inquiries, and service-related requests Support sales representatives and channel partners with project coordination and account needs Process orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems and web-based platforms Respond to phone and online inquiries from customers, contractors, architects, and other project stakeholders Assist customers with troubleshooting and product support using established procedures and documentation Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Quality, Shipping, and Scheduling to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction Handle returns, freight claims, credits, and other service-related documentation Prepare and organize order paperwork needed for production and fulfillment processes Support front office activities including assisting visitors, vendors, and incoming deliveries Provide backup support for team members and assist with special projects as needed

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service or account support experience preferred; strong entry-level candidates will be considered Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, construction support, or project-based environments is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Professional written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in challenging customer situations Comfortable learning technical product information and supporting a wide range of customer accounts IND 2
