Job Description

What Our Dispatchers Do:

Communicates effectively via radio, telephone, and computer equipment to assist Bus Operators and the public. Directs and monitors aTa Bus vehicles and routes. Communicates traffic problems such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, and weather conditions. Communicates work assignments to Bus Operators and acts as a liaison between Bus Operators and Mechanics. Schedules rides and answers questions regarding the services we provide. Manage the software that tracks vehicles. Document and maintain files and records. Provide information to internal teams.
