What You'll Do:
As a Member Service Representative, you will: Set up accounts for automatic payment withdrawals. Process daily incoming payments. Refer unpaid balances to a collection agency. Review outgoing refunds for accuracy. Respond to emails from agency force and other departments to answer questions related to policy billing. Review policies for reinstatement. Process returned payments. Flexibility is key, as you will have other duties and projects as assigned. What It Takes to
Join Our Team:
High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of relevant experience is required. 1-2 years of billing, account payable or receivable experience and an Associate's degree is preferred. Strong customer service skills are required, including solid verbal communication and business professional writing skills. Strong initiative and the ability to work independently, as you will be processing approximately 150 - 200 tasks per day. Must maintain a positive, customer focused attitude at all times. Strong computer skills are required in order to quickly learn our multiple systems. Experience with Excel is preferred. Must be flexible and adaptive to a frequently changing work environment. Must enjoy working in a team environment and have a positive "can do-will do" attitude to do whatever is needed to get the job done. Work 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday in-person from our office in Manhattan, KS.
