What You'll Do :
As a Temporary Underwriting Customer Service Representative, you will provide quality service for the Kansas Business Unit through prompt assistance and processing of personal lines underwriting tasks. You will assist our queue of coverage, rating and billing processes on accounts through workflow, phone and e-mail. You will also assist in monitoring the shared e-mail box. Join Our Team :
High school diploma or equivalent plus two years relevant experience required. Past insurance experience is preferred. Good analytical, problem-solving and attention to details skills required. Exceptional customer service skills, including verbal and written communication skills. Must have basic math skills and ability to learn basic knowledge of insurance products. Ability to work under pressure and shift priorities to organize and process work with limited supervision under tight deadlines. Strong computer skills are required to quickly learn our multiple systems, with the ability to navigate in and toggle between multiple systems and applications is required.
