Automotive Parts Advisor

Bob Allen Motor Mall is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team! Starting pay based on work history. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar dealership role. If you have the experience and the right skill-set or show an adept ability to multitask, you have a great opportunity for success at our busy service facility. If you are an experienced Nissan, CDJR, or GM advisor we want to talk to you.

Job Requirements:

Advisor/Dealership experience required Automotive knowledge is a plus Must be hard-working and eager to learn Must have computer proficiency Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Valid driver's license

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Answers vehicle owners' questions
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage; explain provisions and exclusions
• Maintains customer rapport by selling and explaining ethically needed vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Maintains critical and ongoing relationships with vehicle owners

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive Parts Advisor experience preferred
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Interest in the automotive industry
• Proved record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to multi-task and be self-managing
• Personal and professional integrity
• CDK experience a plus
• Problem solver
• Enthusiastic, driven, and energetic with a positive attitude
• Superior organizational skills and ability to manage detailed paperwork
• Computer literacy

$3,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
