We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team and champion our customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring every interaction with Tarter is exceptional, from initial inquiry to post-sale support. This role is crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries, orders, and concerns through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.). Consistently strive to hit revenue generating growth goals. Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively, including Sales, Logistics, and Product Development. Monitor customer feedback and proactively identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes. Assist in developing and implementing customer experience strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze data to improve service delivery. Selling to external customers & assisting outside sales with selling opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software recording details of inquiries, complaints, and commentsRequirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or relevant experience in these or similar fields. Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role, ideally in a manufacturing or retail environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-first mindset. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
