The Service Advisor will:
Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) rating as set by dealership's service manager. Responsible for the entire guest service experience from the service drive until vehicle is turned back over to the guest. Greet every guest at their car with a smile. Advise guests on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Effectively communicate to the guest the timeline of repair and maintenance. Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to guests regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up time. Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient work flow. Document repair and maintenance changes on repair order in the approved manner. Resolve guest concerns and questions. Maintain any certifications and trainings as required by the manufacturer. High School diploma or GED Must be 18 years old or older. Must have a valid driver's license. Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and computer skills. Ability to be analytical and multi-task. Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment. Strong written and communication skills. Consistent and stable work history and work attendance. Professional appearance and work ethic.
