Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Internal Service Advisor / Customer Service Representative to join our growing dealership team. This position plays a critical role in supporting the service department by coordinating internal repair orders, communicating with technicians and departments, and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities Open, manage, and close internal repair orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate vehicle repairs between sales, service, and parts departments Schedule service appointments and communicate repair timelines Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding vehicle status and updates Review repair recommendations and explain services clearly and professionally Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed properly and on time Assist with warranty documentation and dealership processes Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries Ensure a positive customer experience from check-in through vehicle delivery Maintain accurate records and follow GM dealership procedures Qualifications Previous automotive dealership or customer service experience preferred Experience with GM systems and dealership software is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Professional appearance and attitude Basic computer and phone skills required Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) retirement plan Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Positive team-oriented work environment Position Type Full-Time Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed If you are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we encourage you to apply and become part of our Buick GMC dealership team. Qualifications/Requirements -
Service Advisor:
At least 1 year's Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience required Fantastic customer service and communication skills Friendly personality Time-management skills Professional, well-groomed personal appearance and a positive attitude Team-oriented and self-motivated Strong computer skills Good multitasking and organizational skills Clean driving record and valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR. We are a DRUG free employer and a pre-employments test is required Tekion experience helpful
