We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing automotive glass business. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a professional yet relaxed environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You'll Do:
Provide excellent customer service to walk-in, phone, and online customers Answer calls and assist customers with questions and scheduling Schedule installation appointments for technicians Support sales by making follow-up calls, collecting deposits, ordering materials, and answering product/service questions Respond to emails and online inquiries in a professional manner Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming Assist with other office tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, and reliable Ability to multitask and stay organized Basic computer skills (scheduling software experience is a plus)
Schedule:
