Your role:

As a member of our client service team, you'll help clients feel welcomed, informed, and supported while keeping a busy hospital running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism. Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and coordinating client requests. Maintaining accurate client and patient information. Processing payments and explaining invoices clearly. Communicating closely with our medical team to support patient care. Navigating busy moments and difficult conversations with patience, empathy, and good judgment. This role takes more than a love of animals. It takes organization, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding that the person on the other end of the phone may be having a difficult day. Who will thrive here?
