About us Small business in London, KY.
Our work environment includes:
Modern office setting Full Time Customer Services position. We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual with a strong work ethic. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have proficient computer skills and are able to work reliably, send resume.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, and in-person. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed. Troubleshoot customer issues and identify customer needs.
