Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Registered Client Service Associate to join our financial services team. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients, assisting with estate planning, wealth management, and investment management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts, securities law, and tax experience, ensuring compliance and delivering comprehensive service to high-net-worth individuals. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer relationship management are paramount. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to estate planning, wills, trusts, and estate law. Assist in the preparation and review of financial plans, including tax strategies and investment management solutions. Support the team with securities compliance, financial analysis, and client retention. Manage client accounts using financial software and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate with legal and accounting professionals on estate documents, trust administration, and corporate accounting matters. Facilitate cash management and portfolio management activities aligned with clients' wealth management goals. Provide ongoing client support by scheduling meetings, updating account information, and delivering excellent customer service. Maintain knowledge of financial services industry trends, regulatory requirements, and new product offerings to better serve clients. Experience Proven experience in financial services or related fields such as public accounting or asset management. Strong background in estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, and tax experience preferred. Familiarity with securities, financial analysis, investment management, and banking operations. Knowledge of financial concepts including cash management, portfolio management, and insurance. Experience with financial software platforms and customer relationship management tools is highly desirable. Excellent math skills combined with a solid understanding of financial planning and technical accounting principles. Prior sales experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus. This role is ideal for candidates committed to delivering personalized client service while leveraging their expertise in finance and legal aspects of wealth management.
