$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Job description:Client Service Specialist Overview:
A successful Financial Planning Firm located in Louisville is seeking a detail oriented, dependable, hardworking and dedicated individual for a part-time Client Service Specialist position. This person will be responsible for communicating effectively and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This candidate will join a small practice that supports only one Financial Planner's day-to-day operations. The office is located in Norton Commons. A background in financial services is preferred but not necessarily required.This individual is expected to:
- Be a self-starter with initiative.
- Have a positive and can-do attitude under pressure and work with tight deadlines.
- Possess a high level of integrity and use discretion with confidential information. The responsibilities for this position include, but may not be limited to:
- Answering the telephone and interacting with clients.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining client files, and handling mail.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- Conducting a small amount of accounting in Quicken. The Firm is looking for the following skill sets:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Word, Outlook, and an overall comfort level with technology.
- Ability to prioritize assigned duties.
- Basic critical thinking / problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with fluctuating priorities.
