Job Description
We are currently seeking an outgoing, friendly, and team-oriented individual to join our practice as a Full-Time Veterinary Client Service Specialist. Are you compassionate and empathetic with strong communication skills? Do you excel at multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a genuine desire to serve pets and their parents? If so, you may be a great fit for our friendly, family-oriented team. At a fundamental level, VCSS are responsible for answering clinic communications (phone, email, social media, etc.), scheduling appointments, handling billing, providing basic veterinary education, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area. In this role, VCSS are often the first point of contact for clients and their pets and are essential in creating a critically important first impression of our practice. While this position may sound similar to a traditional reception role, VCSS have a far greater impact on the overall client experience and daily clinic operations. Salary is commensurate with experience.
