Responsibilities:
Provide frontline technical customer support of our pharmacy automation. Resolve customer cases in a timely manner through phone support, remote troubleshooting at customer site. Document detailed case notes of steps taken and each interaction with customer and/or machine. Periodic travel to customer sites to repair machines as well as provide customer refresher training.
Other Duties:
Follow all related standard work, processes, and procedures, while offering ideas for improvement. Maintain current knowledge of company products, services, resources, and processes to effectively respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot DOSIS systems. Mentor and train other team members as applicable by supervisor.

Requirements Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required Proven customer service experience preferred Mechanical, electrical, or technical skills required Experience with pharmaceutical automation a plus but not required Intermediate or advanced MS Office skills
Schedule:
Fulltime position Overtime available Some travel
