This Customer Support Specialist position is for our Broussard facility. We are a growing multi-location industrial supply distributor focused on machine shop supplies to the greater Lafayette area.

Responsibilities:

Source products & provide customers with pricing, delivery, & product information Fulfill orders based on customers needs via phone, email, or in person Give basic level technical advice Communicate with QTS outside salesmen to resolve customer issues Occasionally Pack/Unpack UPS inbound and outbound shipments daily
