Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met while fostering a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, along with experience in retail environments. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an organized and appealing store layout. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and improve overall sales performance. Maintain phone etiquette when handling customer calls, ensuring professionalism at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment. Review customer emails for issues and seek to resolve in a manner that promotes exceptional customer service Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for customers. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications. Experience with POS systems is preferred for efficient transaction processing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members. Typing skills preferred. Familiarity with boutique in store and online operations is advantageous for understanding the retail environment.
