Job Description

Location:
Port Fourchon, Louisiana Position Overview Provisions is seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Port Fourchon, Louisiana. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple responsibilities while providing excellent customer support. The CSR will serve as a key point of contact for customers by handling phone calls, emails, and live chat communications while supporting daily operational and administrative tasks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work proactively and remain effective in stressful or uncertain situations Clear written and verbal communication skills Computer proficiency required, including: Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Excel Responsibilities Provide customer service support via phone calls, emails, and live chat Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot product or service issues Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services received Import orders from Microsoft Excel into AS400 Create delivery tickets Process transactions using credit card machines Filing and scanning documents Access customer account information through company databases Inform customers about additional products or services that may benefit them Escalate customer concerns and inquiries when necessary Participate in on-call rotation every other weekend Work Environment This position requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic service environment supporting Energy & Marine operations along the Gulf of America.
