Job Description
Pierce Aviation is a Private Jet management company and Fixed Base Operator. The CSR role at Pierce Aviation is to answer phone calls, monitor a radio, enter flight information into a written log, communicate customer orders with fuel line personnel, and keep up with a spreadsheet reflecting fuel amounts. The CSR will also make rental car reservations for clients. Other duties will be some light cleaning around the office. This is a customer service position and as such the right candidate will be professional, detail oriented and cheerful with a great smile. A job history including customer service is beneficial.
