What You'll Do:

Master our call script to sound like a pro and delight our customers! Turn incoming and outgoing calls into booked service appointments. Keep our customer database up-to-date with accurate information. Constantly Communicate with your dispatch and leadership teams. Multitask like a champ and tackle any other duties that come your way.

What We're Looking For:

Customer service experience in a call center environment Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system A positive attitude and a passion for helping people Inside Sales or Customer Escalation team experience is a plus!

Schedule:
