RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation $40,000.00•$46,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
