We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail oriented & focused on presenting excellent customer service. At Billy Wood Ford we are committed to achieving a high level of customer satisfaction as we represent the Ford brand. We are looking for a Service Advisor who can provide the level of service our customers deserve. Experience is preferred, training & education available for the right candidate. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: Primary Role is scheduling work thru outbound phone calls as well as Greet every customer that enters our facility promptly upon arrival with a courteous attitude Use "open ended" questions to determine the customers needs & write repair orders that correctly convey the full information of our customer's concerns to our technicians Check for open recalls for all service customers Communicate directly with customers to keep them informed on the progress of their vehicle & estimated completion of repairs Answer phones promptly & courteously, converting inquiries into appointments whenever possible. Schedule appointments in the DMS & also on scheduler Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity Provide accurate estimate of repair & maintenance Notify customer's when vehicle is ready for pick up & explain plainly all work perfomed as well as the results of the MPI Inform customers about the CSI survey Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times. Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself, and the customer. Setup loaner vehicles Verifying insurance before maintenance is scheduled. Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner & maintain accurate records for all repair & mainenance work performed. Experience preferred, training & education available for the right candidate. Light Mechanical experience and/or Parts experience would be a plus. Billy Wood Ford is looking for MORE!
