Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills. Part-time position working approx. 25-35 hours per week, Monday
  • Friday & every other Saturday.
(May include shuttling orders from the plant to the stores and/or filling in at any of the stores as needed.) Applicant must have a good driving record, must be detail oriented, must be able to pass a drug screen, be able stand for extended periods, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Duties:
  • Greet customers in a kind & professional manner, accurately take in orders, pull outgoing orders and process payments
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone or chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Assist customers with placing & tracking orders, and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer inquiries or escalations
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
  • Experience in customer service is preferred, 1 year
  • Proficient in using computer systems and navigating various software applications
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
