Sparks Nissan Kia Key Responsibilities Customer Care:
Follow up with customers after service visits to confirm satisfaction, document feedback, and assist advisors with tracking CSI survey responses.
Customer Interaction:
Respond to service inquiries via phone, text or email promptly
Rental Fleet Management:
Oversee rental units by monitoring availability, coordinating usage, and helping maximize fleet efficiency.
Warranty Support:
Assist advisors with extended warranty approvals and help track information needed for factory warranty claims.
Team Assistance:
Provide daily administrative support to the service advisors and service manager to help keep the service department organized and efficient.
Qualifications & Skills Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer Service:
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail-Oriented:
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Work Ethic:
A self-starter who takes initiative
Positive Attitude Automotive Service Experience:
Previous service advisor, BDC, warranty or similar automotive industry experience is strongly preferred
Computer Proficiency:
Computer proficiency is required. Previous experience with Reynolds or DealerLogix a plus.
Multi-Tasking:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment This is a full-time position with benefits. Pay is hourly based on experience.
