Part-Time Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dry-cleaning team. This position requires strong customer service skills as well as the ability to safely operate a company van for pick-up and delivery of customer garments and items to and from the store. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and hold a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously. Receive, tag, and process incoming dry-cleaning and laundry orders accurately. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in person or by phone. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and work area. Safely operate the company van to pick up and deliver garments/items to and from the store. Load, transport, and unload customer items while ensuring accuracy and care. Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules. Maintain accurate payments. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Assist with additional shop duties as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior customer service experience required (retail, hospitality, or related field). Valid driver's license. Ability to lift, carry, and transport items up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

Combination of front-counter retail environment and driving duties. Requires standing for extended periods and performing light to moderate physical activity.

Schedule & Compensation:

Monday through Saturday/Store Hours
