Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional phone etiquette, and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

• Manage a cash drawer (including all associated functions: taking payments, cutting checks, etc.)
• Take and clear loan applications
• Answer telephones and greet customers in a professional manner
• Provide direct customer service to loan and sales finance customers
• Process bulk mail out solicitations as assigned by management
• Conduct solicitation for additional business as assigned by management

Experience Required Skills:

• Customer service experience
• Strong phone etiquette skills
• Ability to make outbound calls confidently
• Basic sales techniques understanding
• Data entry accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role
