Pay Range:
$11/hr - $28/hr+ (Total Compensation) Base hourly rate Tips Uncapped profit share & performance incentives
Overtime Schedule:
Full-time:
4-5 shifts per week 1 mandatory weekend shift 3-4 weekday shifts Shifts run 8-10 hours and may fall anywhere between 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM, depending on business needs Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week

Role Overview:
As a Field Sales & Service Representative, you'll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job. Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates Remove junk safely from homes and businesses Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided) Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance No prior junk removal experience required — Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement - we train you. Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles): DOT Medical Certification A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles. Southwind covers the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.
